Shipping
Every kit is prepared to order in our studio and ships in 2–3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, a note when your mural enters production, and tracking the moment it ships.
Returns
Because each kit is made from your photograph, we cannot accept returns of a correctly produced kit. If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as previewed, contact us within 14 days and we will reprint, replace, or refund — your choice.
Your photos
Your photographs are used only to produce your mural and previews. We never sell them, share them, or display them without your written permission.
